Gravimetric

Our products are an integral component of a sucessful and low cost extrusion process for manufacturing of pipes, profiles, films and sheets.

Upon foundation of the company ConPro GmbH, the first gravimetric weighing systems were already manufactured and supplied. Until today, these systems are based on the principle of a platform load cell being put on a weigher hopper. The weighing is done according to the “lost in weight” process (continuous outlet) and this process is applied worldwide for weighing, dosing and mixing systems. A modular type series of the gravimetric systems allows the recording and control of pellets, regrind material, powder, fibres and fluids.

The label "GraviCon" specifies our product series of volumetric and gravimetric types, useable in plastic-processing industries. The electronics, used for these series, are the base for automation of production processes, in connection with funnel weigher and dosing units.
GraviCon 3000-Basic

GraviCon 3000-Basic is an intelligent electronic component for data transfer to a superior Extruder- or Facility System for visualization, data storage and process optimisation.
GraviCon 3000-Control

GraviCon 3000-Control „Stand alone System“ with touch screen is used at mono up to multi-component-dosing and co-extrusion technology for complex requirements. With appropriate software applications all complex tasks can be covered.
