Especially upon its complex material- and quantity differences, the mixing of extrusion material becomes very important.
To homogenize the material before entering into the extrusion process is very important. Whether smallest pigments, calcium carbonate, titanium oxide, etc. with different weight proportions - all materials have to be mixed! To fulfill the requirements about different applications and quantity, Con Pro has the knowledge to place the necessary mixer in the right position - in front of the feeding unit or directly on the Extruder. By choosing the right position for placing the mixer, a separation during the materials handling is avoided.
The inlet will be adapted specically to customer’s demands. The number of components and their discharge elements can be taken into consideration. Rotating and rigid mixing elements are swirling the different material in a two-chambered system. The swirling is achieving a homogenous mixture, which will be carried out by rotation. To minimize adherences of the material, the surface of the mixer (blender) is electro polished.
The raw material is V2A 1.4300.
